Usage of Overdrafts

Loan Performer gives a report showing the extent to which the clients with overdraft facilities have used them. The usage of overdraft report gives the actual overdrafts usage and the actual balances on the clients statements.

How to view the Usage of Overdraft Report

To get here go to Savings\Overdraft\Usage of Overdraft Report. A screen will appear looking as follows:

Usage of overdraft as at: Specify the Reporting date, e.g., "28/05/2020".
Report Currency: From the drop down menu select the currency in which the report will appear, e.g., "UGX".
Branch Code: Choose the Branch Code from the drop -down list or tick the check-box Check for all Branches to include all branches.

Click on the OK command button to view the report which will appear as below:

The report above shows that of the 4 clients who have accessed the overdraft facility, only one clients number KA/000004 Akol Roth Mike has utilized the overdraft.

Click on the Close button to exit the menu.
